HISTORY

Town & Country Construction was established in 2001 with the aim of providing a local, high-quality, friendly, reliable and professional building company with hands-on Directors, Steve Hainge and Matthew Billings. Director, Mike Bryant, provides the administrative and financial back-up and the Company has continued to grow over the years, with many happy and satisfied customers returning and recommending us. We maintain a directly employed and long serving workforce, and the team boasts a wide range of skills and qualifications – to cover your every building and construction need. We are available to work in and around Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and all areas of West Sussex andEast Sussex and the surrounding areas.

We are long serving members of Gas Safe & NHBC two widely recognisable symbols of high quality workmanship and safe working practices.

We have carried out all types of construction work from complete off-plan new builds, through to replastering and minor repair work, and we would be delighted to provide customer references and an inspection site visit (with the prior agreement of the customer concerned!)

We maintain full Public, Product and Employment insurances for all our works up to the value of £10 million.

MATTHEW BILLINGS

Director

Matt or ‘Bill’ as we know him has been in the building industry since leaving school, Matt has many years of experience and vast knowledge in construction from the excavations required at the start of a project and the ground works to the construction of the roof.

Matt’s skills in site management and logistics ensure the smooth running of our projects from start to finish.

STEVE HAINGE

Director

Steve has been in the building industry since leaving school, he initially trained as a plumbing and heating engineer and as a qualified Gas Safe engineer he continues to oversee all the plumbing and heating related work carried out by the company. Over the years Steve has developed many new skills, his attention to detail, vision and natural enthusiasm coupled with his fierce determination to do the best job possible are without doubt attributes that have seen the company expand year on year.
